Equipment and tools for metal stamping

Punching presses are mainly used as the main equipment for metal stamping. Punching presses can be divided into mechanical punching presses, hydraulic punching presses and pneumatic punching presses according to their different structures and working principles. Mechanical punching presses have the advantages of simple structure, high working efficiency and low cost, and are suitable for mass production. Hydraulic punching presses have the advantages of high pressure, high precision and low noise, and are suitable for stamping large and deep drawing parts. Pneumatic punching presses have the advantages of fast speed, convenient operation, safety and reliability, and are suitable for stamping small parts.

Stamping dies are the core tools of metal stamping technology. Stamping dies can be divided into blanking dies, bending dies, stretching dies, forming dies, etc. according to their different structures and functions. Blanking dies are mainly used for blanking the shape of parts, bending dies are mainly used for bending parts, stretching dies are mainly used for stretching hollow parts, and forming dies are mainly used for forming parts with complex shapes.

In addition to punching presses and stamping dies, metal stamping also requires some auxiliary tools, such as coil feeder, unloading devices, quick-positioning devices, etc. The feeding device is used to feed metal sheets into the punching press, the unloading device is used to remove the stamped parts from the die, and the positioning device is used to ensure the accurate position of the stamping dies in press bed.
